Skull Burgers and Finger Fries—A Halloween Delicacy

Another fun and easy Halloween meal to do with/for your kiddos!

These are so cute and a fun was to get creative for lunch or dinner. They’re also super easy!

The first thing I did were the fries. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Peel and chop up some potatoes into French fry pieces. Score them three times on the top of the fries, twice. So a set of three scores at the top for the top knuckle and three near the bottom or middle for the other knuckle. Add them to cold water whilst you peel and cut the rest. Toss the fries in a small amount of oil, salt, and paprika then put them in the oven. I did end up moving them to the air fryer after cooking the burgers just to speed up cooking. So choose whichever you prefer.
Once they’re done take them out and top with some blood, I mean ketchup!

My burgers were frozen (we use Impossible) so I put them in the air fryer long enough to thaw a bit and then took them out.
With a chopstick I made two eyes, a nose, and a mouth. For the mouth, if you do little stabby motions instead of a dragging motion it will create almost teeth like shapes—if that visual makes sense.

Finish cooking then however you choose and serve with ketchup for an extra creepy look!

I will say those burgers do look spooky!

My kids love burgers so they were scarfed down, they also love fries, but for some reason they weren’t touched. Well that’s life with kids, one day they like something the next day they hate it.

Let me know if you try these Skull Burgers and Finger fries!
